We are Joe and Colette McMahon and our home and bakery lies nestled in the foot hills of the Slieve Aughty range, in Bohatch, Mountshannon, County Clare, Ireland. Our micro bakery is dedicated to providing our community with delicious, nutritious baked goods made from the finest organic ingredients.
